Yakatori Rolls
Years ago my first husband bought a stall at a market. The market was held inside a building and the stall looked like a Polynesian hut with an open counter. Every friday evening the smell of garlic and and satay sauces permeated everything in our house as he made his sauces for the weekend. This business was very busy and he worked pretty hard. He made his money then sold the stall onto his Sister and Brother In Law after a couple of years, who also made a nice profit then sold it to someone else.Today my quick food recipe is one that he sold at that market. It is extremely easy and any teenager could make it for the whole family. These days I buy the sauces or just use what we have in the house. We still enjoy the Yakatori rolls as much as ever. (more…)
