Beef Crockpot Recipe ~ Easy Mix and Cook Beef

OK you wanted quick and easy so this is what you have with this recipe.! This time we use beef. I like chuck steak, it’s a great cut of the beef to use for stews and for crock pot meals. I enjoy using platters if I have visitors coming for dinner. With this style of dish, I would serve up the cooked beef onto a big platter. Next I would serve up the rice on another platter and then add some hot rolls and salad on seperate dishes as well. I don’t like to dish up food for others and I do enjoy letting them all serve themselves . That way people who like to eat small amounts can choose how much they want to eat. (more…)
