OK here’s another one. This recipe is even easier. This is a great recipe for a crowd and is super easy. I have never made it without rave reviews
Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins
2 jars salsa (standard size)
2 cans black beans, drained
Place pork tenderloin in crock pot and pour salsa and black beans on top. Cook for 6-8 hours on Low, or until tenderloin shreds easily with fork. Shred tenderloin with fork and serve. Serve this with rice or over a salad.
I love Pork Tenderloins as they are such good value and I love the taste. The tenderloin has very little fat and no bone so you are only paying for what you get. AS with its name it always is tender when cooked so there is no wondering if the cut of meat is going to be nice.
If you have heaps of people coming over then use the bottom recipe, its a great plate filler and tastes wonderful!
